The Connecticut Mediation Association (CTMA) is a trade organization for mediators in the state of Connecticut. I managed the contractors responsible for the website and handled the branding and social media in house. My chief challenge with this project was maintaining a sober style while making the information accessible to anyone who needed the services of a mediator, the young and old across all demographics--especially those who "cannot afford justice." To accomplish this, we borrowed studies from Behavioral design to help us discern precisely how to keep the copy hyper focused and the layout the right kind of clear and intuitive.
