Well that’s good to know! And this is a good question! When most folks hear “The Brand Scientist” their minds automatically go to branding and a rebrand. And while your diagnostic results will tell us for sure whether or not you need a rebrand, you should probably know…I don’t do rebrands. More specifically, I don’t design brand assets like logos.
(Though I can certainly establish some science backed Design Logic™ for you and your designer so you both have an effective visual library to build your attention grabbing visual language with)

Time
Every single person I work with is incredibly busy. Time is one of their most precious resources. So I’ve intentionally designed my engagements to be deeply supportive while also requiring as little of your time as possible.
Energy
I only take on 12 private clients a year. That is because of how deeply supportive I have designed our work together to be. This is deep work, but the energy footprint is light. The lion’s share of energy expended will be by my team’s.
Money
Most engagements start at $10k. Even so, I’m in the business of recognition equity. So flexible financing and payment plans are available. Every now and again, I’ll open up a few spots for a one off gut check or a very specific analysis so feel free to ask me if any of those options fit your situation.
It depends! The Visibility Engineering™ methodology is a proprietary process supported by a series of carefully constructed analyses. Together, they have been designed to make you impossible to ignore. We leverage a dedicated set of tools and analyses for each priority. The typical deliverable is the Visibility HQ (pictured below), which has a module for each of the nine priorities of the Visibility Engineering™ Methodology. The 1:1 Visibility Engineering™ programs all come with a Visibility HQ tailored to your priorities. Some institutional programs may not. Feel free to bring up this question in your conversation with the director.
This is one of my favorite questions. It means you’re taking our time together and what that can do for your body of work seriously.
